Services Overview
Administration and Operation of the Healthcare Facility
Andover’s on-site administration and operation team is responsible for the daily administration and management of the healthcare facility in line with U.S. and local/international standards. Where U.S. and local standards diverge; Andover shall adhere to the higher standard of care unless local laws and regulations prohibit a particular practice.
Feasibility and Business Plan Development
Andover is able to develop and/or review the business plan of the proposed healthcare facility. Assumptions will be tested and all data assessed. Andover shall also make recommendations in for example, the services mix to address the services in demand in any given location and thus profitability and through changes to facility design (see below) improve workflow, costs and overall efficiency so that the prospective feasibility of the facility is as accurate as possible.
Construction Management
Andover is able to act as the Developmental Consultant in ensuring U.S. and international standards are met throughout the development of the facility. This includes construction and medical equipment procurement and commissioning. Andover is not an architectural firm, however, we work with some of the most respected firms specializing in healthcare facility design and can, at the discretion of the client, recommend one or more such firms.
Pre-Operations and Commissioning
Andover shall recruit and train medical staff; procure and install medical equipment and train necessary staff in its use and maintenance. Andover shall also provide and ensure the adherence to of policies and procedures. Additionally, Andover shall commission the facility to ensure the required standard of care will efficiently be met.
